Wasabi & Vatavaran aka vibes!

One thing I really like about places are interior decorations and the vibe or rather as Shamil, Krishnil and I have recently been replacing the word vibe with the famous word Vatavaran used in Ae Dil Hai Muskhil ( so yes its copied hence the movie name drop).

Not here to talk about that though! A friend and I decided to have an early dinner at a restaurant called Wasabi in Martintar Nadi because we wanted to eat sushi. We walked in and were impressed with the interiors and yes, the vatavaran was amazing! While Taylor Swift’s playlist was nice to hear, what was not so nice to hear was that the sushi chef was not in! Cue our disappointed faces!

(Side note- so Wasabi aka Victoria Restaurant used to be in Nadi town behind Jacks).

Back tracked to the menu and ordered chicken pepper that came with fries and pineapple Thai fried rice. The food was good and the service was efficient but given that we were the only customers perhaps that why.

Definitely a nice little nook to visit when in Nadi with walls that are totally instagrammable! I was too tired to do my usual poses LOL! I will definitely stop by this place again to try out the other stuff on their menu and to enjoy the vaatavaran. Ok bye.
