My Red Revolution

Yes, I call this my own revolution with the color red! I am sure that you have that one color you avoid wearing. I always avoided wearing red outer wear and thought that I did not want to get caught red handed in a color that did nothing on me. (Pun intended LOL). I had the same fear with wearing white btw, thinking that it did nothing for my dark skin.

Fast track to recent, I purchased a red vest top and a red floral dress in Brisbane after being inspired by my younger sister Alisha. This bold move gave me the courage to go for a red attire to wear at the Fijian Fashion Festival.

Naturally, I turned to Samson Lee for outfit ideas and he recommended red lace without blinking. I was unsure but Samson said trust me it will look great and I said yes let’s do this. A custom made red lace dress by Samson Lee Fiji and it was a done deal.

Still freaking out the entire time I had Shayneal Lal for Hair and Makeup and I have to thank him for telling me to shut up and go bold.
