Day 2 of the Fijian Fashion Festival

Bottega Gold Fijian Fashion Festival delivered a refreshing, fashionable and a overall well thought out and curated event.

I attended the group show on Day 2 and arrived early to check out the Fijian Fashion Design Mall featuring Tappoo, Professionails, Rise Beyond the Reef, Fonu Jewelry, Little Village Girl and Prestige Makeup to name a few. While half of the room was occupied by these booths, the other half was set up for patrons to lounge around featuring a food and drink bar.

Complimentary nibbles were also being served for those who were fashionably hungry. I loved the set up done by Party & Events Fiji which featured sprinkles of gold here and there.

My favorite would have to be the pretty flower backdrop which was totally Instagram worthy! Definitely recommending everyone to choose Party & Events Fiji for event setups because they are amazing! Thumbs up to sound and lighting as well which kept the fashion vibes going for those that hung out in this lounge.

There are of course a few areas that I felt could have been managed better. For instance the show started late and we all lined up waiting at the door anxious to get in. I was cracking bad jokes that Fiji Time remains part of the revolution. LOL

Back tracking prior to the event when the tickets or keys were being delivered, no details were provided as to what all the key included and show start times. I did email to inquire and received a prompt response. For me these two things stood out as a need for improvement.

But kudos to the team for challenging the status quo of our fashion scene in style. Overall I think the event was great and I look forward to the next event already!
